Boxed Baking is the trading arm of Reitumetse Skills Development and a cornerstone of our sustainability strategy.

What is Boxed Baking?

A revenue-generating bakery producing premium handcrafted cookies, brownies, and DIY baking mixes for retail, wholesale, and corporate gifting. 

Why Boxed Baking Matters

Dual Purpose Model:

  1. Sustainablity: Profits fund free training programmes and our other community initiatives.

  2. Advanced Training: Graduates gain paid apprenticeships and real-world business experience.

2026 Objectives

  • Train and graduate 20 students through the production model. 

  • Create 10 paid apprenticeship opportunities. 

  • Cover 30% of NPO operating costs through sales. 

  • Establish wholesale and corporate partnerships.
