The baking and cooking programme is designed to equip participants with practical, market-ready food preparation skills that can be used for employment or small business development. The programme combines baking and cooking fundamentals with food safety and cost-effective production methods, ensuring participants are prepaed for real-world food environments. ​​

Training is hands-on and delivered in a simulated commercial setting where participants learn consistency, quality control, and efficiency. The programme also prepares learners for advanced opportunities within our future social enterprise, Boxed Bakery.
